This session took place on one of the few nice summer evenings we have had here in Calgary. We had planned this session for awhile and right up until the day of the session we were worried it would rain, the forecast called for rain….and well, we have had more rainy days than summer days...
I just learned this evening that a family here in Calgary lost everything they own in a fire that completely destroyed their home. They only just moved into the home and had not gotten insurance set up as of yet. What makes this even more heartbreaking is they are expecting their first child, a baby...
I could hardly believe when sweet little B’s mom contacted me to set up her 9 month session. This year is just flying past and it just seems like only weeks ago she was in for her newborn session and like it was only yesterday she was into the studio for her 4 month session....
This little guy was so quiet, and so good. The session went so nice and smooth and did not even take as long as most newborn sessions. This little guy belongs to a family I have photographed before and it was great to spend a morning with them catching up.
